About Us
Elgon is a private equity firm focused on acquiring mid cap companies, with revenues of around $50 million or more, in the technology and telecommunications sectors. We partner with management of our portfolio companies to create value through, among other things, helping companies with attractive technology positions to implement growth strategies, organically and/or through the execution of mergers, acquisitions and investments, in order to build scale and create defensible technological eco-systems.
