Our team has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors in a variety of roles, including as Board members, senior managers, financial advisors and industry consultants. In addition, we have extensive experience in evaluating, implementing and deploying emerging technologies and services in these sectors. We also have extensive experience in executing mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings, and deep relationships with all the key industry-leading consolidators in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
