Ian Pereira Managing Partner
Ian Pereira has over twenty years experience in investment banking with Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and UBS Securities, LLC. Most recently, Mr. Pereira was the Joint Global Head of UBS's Technology Investment Banking Group and managed a worldwide group of over 120 professionals located throughout the US, Europe and Asia, focused on sourcing and completing investment banking transactions in the global technology sector. Prior to this Mr. Pereira was an M&A specialist and, among other roles, headed Morgan Stanley's Western Region M&A Group for several years, where he was responsible for the initiation and execution of strategic transactions across a broad spectrum of industries for clients in the Western US. Mr. Pereira was also responsible for managing Morgan Stanley's exclusive strategic relationship with AT&T for several years, and in connection with that role, executed multiple industry-transforming transactions in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Pereira has an MBA (Columbia Business School, Columbia University) and a BSc (Kings College, London University). He is based in San Francisco and has a broad set of relationships with US and European participants in the technology sector.

Keith Monserrat Managing Partner
Keith Monserrat has over twenty five years experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors working with both large and small companies. He spent the early part of his career in optoelectronics research and then went on to manage technical development and network operations for, and served on the Boards of Directors of, three UK listed telecommunications companies (Virgin Media plc, Thus plc (formerly Scottish Telecom) and Kingston Communications plc). He has also served on the Boards of Directors of other private companies both in executive and non-executive roles. During his career, he has been responsible for leading major initiatives that have led to business transformation and integration during a period of significant technological change for the technology and telecommunications industries. He has worked closely with the UK Government and the EU on telecommunications policy and implementation matters. Keith Monserrat has a D Phil and was the Senior Germaine Scholar at Brasenose College, Oxford University.
