We have held senior managerial and operational positions in large public and private companies, and have served on the Boards of Directors of public and private companies. Our approach is focused on closely partnering with management teams to create value for our portfolio companies. We believe the best outcomes are achieved when managements' and investors' interests are closely aligned.
